The Osceola Chamber is now accepting nominations for the Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award and Guillermo Hansen Unity Award ahead of its 2026 Annual Meeting.

The Osceola Chamber will host our 101st Annual Meeting on February 7, 2026 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Every year at this event, attendees look forward to learning who will take home our major awards, including the Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award and the Guillermo Hansen Unity Award.  We are now accepting applications for both awards through January 5, 2026.

2025 Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award Application Form

The Linda Goodwin-Nichols Service Award is named after Linda Goodwin-Nichols of Goodwin Realty & Associates, two-time Chairman of The Osceola Chamber Board of Directors and a stalwart of Osceola’s Business Community for over 40 years. Throughout her career, Linda has epitomized community involvement and giving back selflessly, and this award honors an individual who will carry on her legacy. Recent past winners include Kelly Trace, Larry Walter, and Rev. Mary Downey.  Click on the link above to nominate deserving individuals for this award.

2025 Guillermo Hansen Unity Award Nomination Form

To recognize the importance of the Chamber’s core values of “Embracing Heritage,” “Creating Opportunity,” and “Building Unity,” and our partners who promote them, in January of 2018 Chairman Tim Finkenbinder announced the creation of an award to emphasize these values – particularly “Building Unity.”  In 2024 the award was renamed the "Guillermo Hansen Unity Award" to honor inaugural winner Guillermo "Bill" Hansen, owner and editor of El Osceola Star Newspaper. Guillermo was a longtime Chamber member who was also a community leader known for building bridges among the diverse populations of Osceola County.  Click on the link above to nominate deserving individuals for this award.

Nominees will receive an application to complete and winners will be chosen by a panel of judges. The top three finalists for each award will be announced ahead of The Osceola Chamber’s Annual Meeting on February 7, 2026 and the award recipients will be revealed at the event.

Anchor Online Web Design specializes in affordable websites for small businesses. In addition to designing websites, they offer SEO services and website management which makes it easier for business owners to maintain their websites and keep them current. Their motto is, “We want to help ANCHOR your business ONLINE.” Anchor Online Web Design was founded in 2021 by St. Cloud resident, Nathan Steiner, who saw a need. “My wife and I moved to St. Cloud in 2020,” says Nathan. “We wanted to make some upgrades around the house such as screen in the patio and add gutters to the home.” His first step was to go online and Google search for service providers. He also asked around for referrals, which he then Googled for more information. “I couldn’t believe at the lack of online presence for these small businesses,” says Nathan. As he researched more, and eventually spoke with small business owners, he learned that marketing was one of dozens of priorities which small business owners needed to handle. A few months later, Anchor Online Web Design was formed, with the sole mission to help create websites for as many small businesses as possible.

It’s been a priority, since business opened, to keep prices affordable for small businesses.
