Take the Next Step in Leadership: Apply for Leadership Osceola Today
The mission of Leadership Osceola County is to: Prepare, Inspire and Support Leadership for the Improved Future of Our Community.
Looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership capacity and commitment to the welfare of Osceola County? Leadership Osceola County is seeking individuals who have the potential to exercise substantial leadership in the future. We strive to appoint a diverse group that reflects the community. However, due to limited spots, not every nominee can be selected. If you are not chosen, you are eligible to reapply in subsequent years. Self-nominations and applications are welcome. Please help us spread the word about the Leadership Osceola Program among your friends and associates.
Please take your time to complete this application. We want to get to know you better, so applicants must participate in an interview process for class consideration. Members of the Leadership Osceola Planning Committee, comprised of program alumni, will conduct candidate interviews. Individuals will be chosen for program participation based on the scoring of the completed application and interview. We’re excited to learn more about you!
Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. EST October 1, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
On-Time Policy
To ensure fairness for all applicants, submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. We encourage applicants to plan ahead and reach out early with questions.
