For more than 35 years, Leadership Osceola has been preparing engaged, civic-minded individuals to lead and serve. The program connects representatives from private industry, local government, nonprofits, and small businesses with the decision-makers shaping Osceola’s future through interactive, hands-on experiences.

Behind every Leadership Osceola class is a dedicated Planning Committee ensuring the program stays relevant, impactful, and connected. Four subcommittees drive the work, from curriculum to alumni engagement, marketing to long-term legacy, bringing together community voices to shape civic leadership in Osceola County.

The Health Leadership Council convenes healthcare leaders to build strategic solutions around healthcare delivery, access, and outcomes. Trusted by the Florida Department of Health - Osceola to help craft the Community Health Improvement Plan, the Council brings together representatives from public health, healthcare systems, community partners, and service providers to deliver data-driven, measurable, and sustainable solutions. It's a level of community collaboration that doesn't happen everywhere.

We are committed to ensuring Osceola has the resilient workforce our community needs to thrive, not only today but for future growth. Our Talent Pipeline Management initiative mobilizes the business community to close the skills gap, aligning employers, educators, and training providers in hospitality, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing.

Osceola County was awarded the U.S. Department of Commerce’s EDA Build Back Better Regional Challenge Grant to advance and accelerate semiconductor research, development, and manufacturing at NeoCity. The Chamber Foundation leads community engagement through workshops, direct outreach, and bilingual resource guides, ensuring every resident is connected to upskilling opportunities and career pathways.
