Clear ERC is the premier full service ERC provider in the Orlando area with head offices at 5971 Brick Court in Winter Park.
At Clear ERC, the Difference is Their Selling Point
At Clear ERC, they like to say they do things slightly differently. While most companies’ and CPAs’ sole task is to get their clients the ERC refund, Clear ERC proudly concentrates not only on getting their clients their highest allowable ERC refund under the law, but, more importantly, on making sure they stay strictly within the parameters of the law and are equipped with the documentation for the IRS or any other body requiring justification for the refund going forward.
Namely, at Clear ERC they not only make sure that you get your maximum refund, but also that you keep it.
Clear ERC’s refund justification and substantiation documents are constructed individually for each and every client and their thirty-plus pages contain all the information the client needs to obtain an independent Letter of Legal Opinion to demonstrate qualification to complement the file.
This 30-page document demonstrates the specific Covid narrative of the client’s experiences during the pandemic and highlights challenges faced by the company as they dealt with the many and varied effects of that period. These effects and circumstances are then featured, demonstrated, and matched to the specific parts of the ERC law that deals with them and further linked to the specific mandates that allow qualification. This is the one and only way to qualify within the confines of the law.
All CPAs’ figures and route to final calculations are also included to ironclad the refund against any future possible audits.
While everyone wants their ERC refund, it is only by following this complete and arduous process that you can be sure that you not only get your maximum refund, but more importantly that you keep it.
Clear ERC looks after their clients during this process and long after its completion to give them the peace of mind to know that they did everything right.
Clear ERC offers a FREE , no obligation analysis to verify qualification . If there is no refund due there is no charge.
Last month, the Osceola Chamber and Travel + Leisure Co. were proud to present the “Champion Award for Supplier Diversity” to Nelson Mendez of RICO FOODS dba Mr. Cappuccino. This award recognizes a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) company that has been in business at least three years and is a member of The Osceola Chamber.
A few times per year, The Osceola Chamber teams up with one of our Champion Level Members to present a “Champion Award” to a smaller business or individual entrepreneur. Each Champion Member has the opportunity to choose an area of focus for their award that speaks to their mission as a company, role in the community, or whatever qualities or actions they wish to celebrate. Travel + Leisure Co. chose to highlight the importance of supplier diversity with their award. In the presentation, Chamber President & CEO John Newstreet stressed the importance of partners like Travel + Leisure and the collective work that is accomplished by all members of The Osceola Chamber.
“Our tagline is ‘Business Works Better Together’ and this award is a clear example,” he said. “We appreciate Travel + Leisure’s sponsorship and we are proud of Nelson and all he has accomplished. We look forward to supporting him to even greater success.”
Jose Nido, Vice President, Global Supplier Diversity at Travel + Leisure Co., was also present for the presentation and added, “Supplier Diversity is in our DNA at Travel & Leisure. Mr. Cappuccino is a perfect example of the needs and the benefits of having a focus on supplier diversity. In fact, he has one of his machines on our executive floor just outside of the CEO’s office.” Mr. Nido also highlighted additional examples of the Travel + Leisure commitment to supplier diversity before presenting the trophy to Nelson.
Nelson Mendez, also known as “Mr. Cappuccino,” has spent thirty years in the hotel and restaurant industry. Mr. Cappuccino founded family- and minority-owned RICO FOODS in 2004. He spent 13 years in the coffee industry where he recognized that commercial coffee service (in shops, restaurants, and offices) and premium coffee vending was an emerging trend with great potential for growth. Using state of the art automatic Italian espresso coffee & cappuccino “Bean to Cup” machines, combined with unique European flavors imported straight from Italy, Mr. Cappuccino discovered the market potential for this business both in the states and abroad. To date, he has placed more than 1,000 premium coffee machines in Venezuela alone.
Nelson said of the award, “I am very grateful to The Osceola Chamber and Travel + Leisure for this recognition. Mr. Cappuccino is an SBA-approved franchise with a huge market potential and a much smaller initial investment than most businesses. As a minority small business owner, I want to offer the same opportunity that I have experienced to others. This award will help amplify my efforts.”

On Monday we celebrated our Leadership Osceola Class of 2022 at the annual Leadership Graduation event at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
32 graduates, guests, day coordinators, sponsors, and Leadership alumni gathered in the Sorcerer’s Apprentice Ballroom at the Contemporary to celebrate the completion of another year of Leadership Osceola. Following an application process last fall, the Class of 2022 kicked off their Leadership experience in February with a weekend retreat. They then spent every other Wednesday through early June exploring and learning about all things Osceola County with experiences themed to government, criminal justice, the arts, health and human services, environment, and more.
At Monday’s event, the graduates filed in with Mickey Mouse before we heard welcoming words from The Osceola Chamber Chairman Kevin Crain and Elizabeth Watkins, Government Relations Manager at host Walt Disney World Resort. After a tasty lunch, the graduates returned to the stage one by one to receive a certificate of completion from Kevin Crain, Chamber President/CEO John Newstreet, Leadership Osceola Program Director Sue Ring, and Brian Horton, President and General Manager, CEO of Leadership Osceola sponsor KUA.
Two newly-minted alumni of the Class of 2022 surprised the room by diverging from the program to present Chamber Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Leadership Osceola Director Sue Ring with a thank you recognition. Class of 2022 spokesman Anthony Cook, Coordinator of Career and College Services with the Osceola County School District, was not able to be present at graduation because he was already off pursuing his next stage of professional development. However he recorded a shared a memorable speech reflecting on his time as a Leadership Osceola Participant. Finally, Keynote Speaker Tim Weisheyer, CEO of Strategic Advantage Consulting, spoke about the value of taking an active role in your community.
Thanks go out to event sponsors Walt Disney World Resort, Kissimmee Utility Authority, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, and REACH. Please take the time to view some awesome photos of graduation from 2021 Class graduate LaVell Monger and RTW Photography.
